There are 4 bedrooms - a double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, and 2 single bedrooms (1 with a larger 3'6" bed).

There is a spacious modern bathroom with shower, and a separate 2nd cloakroom.

There is a large lounge with patio doors leading to a decking area which overlooks the surrounding farmland. The lounge has a Freeview TV and DVD player, and free Wi-Fi is provided. There is a rocking horse for the children.

The well appointed kitchen includes a range cooker, microwave and dishwasher, and there is a dining area with log burning stove.

The separate utility room has a washing machine and tumble drier, and a drying rack for outdoor gear, plus lots of room for boots and jackets. Pets are welcome by arrangement and a dog bed is provided in the utility room.

Outside there is ample private parking for cars, and a boat or horsebox. The large private garden has a large decking area at the rear with countryside views.

This holiday cottage is available all year round, and the rent includes central heating, electric, gas, basket of logs, Wi-Fi internet, towels and bedding. Extra logs can be purchased, and a grocery welcome pack is available by arrangement.
